If you are not confident about Marine Assist Functionality do not attempt it. Refer the issue to the MA Administrator.
From any page click on Marine Assist, Click on Combined Entry, Fill in this form with as much detail as possible.
Fill in Boater Details,
Fill in Vessel Details (Include trailer details, if there is a trailer) (For Product Code Field: Select REDMA (first vessel) or REDMA2ND (second vessel)
(If MA is a 15 month “special” make a note, in Comments field, for the MA administrator who can adjust the expiry date (you can’t))
Fill in Vehicle Details (If there is a vehicle)
Leave “Marine Assist Reference:” blank. (MA administrator will assign the number)
When complete, click SAVE.
The Boater Detail Window will open. (Note: Status will be “expired” as no payment has been received).
To activate the subscription, scroll to bottom of page and click Renew Button.
This will take you to the payment page where payment may be made directly by
EFTPOS from TripWatch using the Process Payment Now button (i.e entering the EFTPOS card detail directly into TripWatch. If this is done no receipt need be issued)
or by the EFTPOS Machine or by Cash.
If EFTPOS Machine or Cash payment use the Record External Payment button Enter the method of payment and the receipt number.
If payment is made by EFTPOS Machine or Cash, a receipt will be required to be written.
